Contemporary Stoneware Artist

“My work is a reflection of remembered childhood images in the abstract…

My work is internationally recognized. Best known for the whimsical nature of my work, beeswax finish, and encaustic wax technique, pieces are discriminately selected for the appropriate finish.

Attention to Detail

“Dot” the Frenchie a commissioned piece. I add glass to select pieces allowing for some amazing effects during the firing process. This special technique can be found on many of my pieces. Glass is hand cut and placed in the clay body during the hand building process. It then goes through 2 firings.

Molten beeswax is applied to each piece of sculpture. Its beautiful aromatic and patina rich finish allows for a soft glow to the stoneware body.
